HomeWiseDocs Privacy Policy
This is the privacy policy for NextLevel Associations Solutions, Inc., d/b/a HomeWiseDocs.com (“we” or “us”). This policy describes the ways we collect, store, use and protect your “personal information”, which is information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or a device that is associated with you. We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. In addition, if the revised version includes a substantial change, we will provide you with 30 days’ prior notice by posting notice of the change on the Policy Updates page of our website.
Whenever you interact with us on behalf of another individual or entity, such as by providing or accessing personal information about another individual, you represent that your interactions and exchanges comply with applicable data protection laws. You shall have sole responsibility for any violation of privacy laws as a result of a failure to inform the other individual about how their personal information will be processed or to obtain any necessary consent from such individual.

Note that for the purposes of this policy, “personal information” does not include:
- publicly available information from government records;
- de-identified or aggregated consumer information;
- health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) or information collected as part of a clinical trial; or
- personal information covered by certain sector-specific federal privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Driver's Privacy Protection Act of 1994.
We will not collect additional categories of personal information without providing you notice.
2. How we use cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your computer. We use cookies to allow you to sign into your account and to remain logged in as you navigate throughout our website. Like many websites, we also use cookies to understand and improve how our services perform.

3. How we protect and store personal information
We store and process your personal information on our computers in the US and we protect it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable US federal and state regulations. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files, and we authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities.
4. How we use the personal information we collect
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. We may use your personal information to:
- provide services and customer support;
- process transactions and send notices about your transactions;
- resolve disputes, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems;
- prevent potentially prohibited activities and enforce our User Agreement;
- customize, measure, and improve our services and the content and layout of our website;
- send you targeted marketing, service update notices, and promotional offers;
- compare information for accuracy and verify it with third parties;
- for testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our website, products, and services;
- provide you with support and to respond to your inquiries and requests, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses;
- respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations; and
- help a potential acquirer evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information we hold is among the assets transferred.
We will not use the personal information we collect for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
5. How we share personal information with other HomeWiseDocs.com users
To process an order, we need to share some of your personal information with the management company that manages the property to which the documents or services relate.
If you are buying documents or services and pay through HomeWiseDocs.com, we provide the management company with certain personal information to complete your transaction with the management company.
We also submit personal information to payment processors to enable them to accept process payments from you when you submit orders using HomeWiseDocs.com.
Regardless, we will not disclose your credit card number or bank account number to anyone you have paid or who has paid you through HomeWiseDocs.com, except with your express permission or if we are required to do so to comply with a subpoena or other legal process.
6. How we share personal information with other parties
HomeWiseDocs.com only shares your personal information with third parties as described in this policy.
In the preceding twelve (12) months, Company has disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:
- Identifiers;
- Customer Records Personal Information categories;
- Legally protected characteristics or protected classifications;
- Commercial information;
- Internet or other similar network activity; and
- Professional or employment-related information.
7. Sales of Personal Information
We do not and will not sell your personal information.
8. How you can delete your personal information
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions under applicable law. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see “Exercising your access, data portability, and deletion rights”, below), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless legally entitled to retain such information.
9. Accessing or changing your personal information
You have the right under applicable law to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see “Exercising your access, data portability, and deletion rights”, below), we will disclose to you:
- the categories of personal information we have collected about you;
- the categories of sources for the personal information we have collected about you;
- our business or commercial purpose for collecting or disclosing that personal information, as applicable;
- the categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information;
- the specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request);
- if we disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, a list of such disclosures identifying the categories of personal information that each category of recipient obtained.
If you have an account with HomeWiseDocs.com, you can also review your personal information reflected in your account profile and make any necessary changes at any time by logging in to your account and changing your preferences in the Profile page of the "My Account" tab.
10. Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under applicable law. Unless legally permitted, we will not do any of the following as a result of you exercising such rights:
- deny you goods or services;
- charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;
- provide you a different level or quality of goods or services; or
- suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
11. Exercising your access, data portability, and deletion rights
To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by:

Only you or a natural person or business entity that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. An authorized agent can submit a request on behalf of a consumer by submitting to us written proof that they have been authorized by the consumer to act on the consumer’s behalf, via email at the email address above or by U.S. mail to HomeWiseDocs.com, attention: Chris Manning, 5520 Kietzke Lane, Suite 200, Reno, Nevada 89511. If the authorized agent is a natural person, we must also verify his or her identity before fulfilling any request made on your behalf. If you are submitting a request on behalf of a household, we will need to verify each member of the household in the manner set forth herein.
When you ask us to provide you with the personal information we have about you, we need to ensure that we can verify your identity and that the personal information we provide is about you and not another consumer with a similar name. Therefore, we will need you to provide us with certain information for verification purposes.
If you have an account with HomeWiseDocs, provide your name, email address, and confirmation number of most recent transaction.
If you do not have an account with HomeWiseDocs, provide your name, current home address, and either the closing agent, lender or realtor of a real estate transaction to which you were a party as a buyer or seller.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:
- provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
- describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
12. Requesting timing and format
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will deliver our written response by US mail or electronically, at your option.
Any disclosures we provide will cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
