When you create a new account, you are required to select the User Type. The User Type you select is important because it determines what items will be available to you for ordering after you sign in.
This article describes the different User Type options in more detail.
Appraiser: The person evaluating the value of the property.
Buyer/Seller: The party either buying or selling the property. This can include the homeowner, trustee, an authorized agent, or power of attorney.
Closing Agent: The impartial party to the real estate transaction who provides information and facilitates the transfer from the seller to the buyer. Closing agents can include escrow agents, attorneys, and title companies.
Lender: The party involved in assisting with obtaining financing for the real estate transaction. Lenders can include banks, credit unions, mortgage loan officers, mortgage brokers, and underwriters.
Realtor: The real estate professional who works on behalf of the buyer and seller during the real estate transaction.
Other: This option should only be selected if none of the other User Types apply. Note that the items available for ordering will be extremely limited for this User Type.
